I need to do a bunch of admin. Alchemy, selling stuff, buying parts for my homes, giving skins for creating trophies and other bits and pieces.

This game has the Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (OOO) Mod installed.

Oblivion is everything a game should be, and whilst it may be old very few modern games are anywhere near this good.
The voice acting is great with voices by people like Patrick Stewart, Sean Bean and many others.
