I tried to get all the kills without any given bounty. I also didn't use dagger for any of the kills as I find that kind of boring.
Agnis is a very easy kill, you can do whatever you want to her, even after survived attack, she seems to not care about dying, just like some Imperial guards in the Fort with her won't hear her scream or they just don't care.
Anoriath is a more tricky, I found these 2 ways to be the best ways to get him. Warhammer in the face while he is sleeping doesn't really work, as he isn't by himself in the Drunken Huntsman house and others will get alerted. Possibly an arrow in the face can work while he is sleeping, but I didn't try.
Beitild has one very obvious way to get her while she is sleeping, but there is other way to get her, unfortunately the sucessful attempt on the roof outside is buggy. For some reason 1 of the guards always attacks me when I get close to him and I have no bounty at all. So the obvious way to kill her is more safe.
Deekus is another easy kill, even easier than Agnis, as he is by himself in the middle of nowhere.
Ennodius Papius is another easy kill, you can do almost anything to him and you get no bounty. In my attempt he got an arrow into head while he was asleep lol.
Helvard has 1 obvious way, simply make him attack you and 2nd way is arrow in the face while sleeping, even though he isn't by himself in Jarl's longhouse, no one gets alerted.
Herm's easiest way to kill is under the bridge near his house. I don't remember, but you can just easily kill him along with his lover without triggering any bounty on your head. I wanted to be stealthy and spare his lover.
Lurbuk is funny one, the innkeeper obviously knows that I'm murdering Lurbuk, but no one likes Lurbuk, so it's okay... or you can attack him without anyone seeing you attack him and him attacking you will make guards do the job.
Maluril is in the Dwarven ruins, he is guarded by bunch of bandits, that was my 1st raw attempt on trying to be stealthy all the way to Maluril, but I didn't succeed, in 1 area I just kept being spotted... But I don't care lol.
Ma'randru'Jo's only succesful way to kill is by letting him attack you as you say bad things to him. Guards will do the job, but you get to give him the final deadly blow with your fists! As he is one of those characters that only the player can give last final blow. I tried to get him from afar with arrows, but his Khajiit friends will always attack me afterwards, even though they don't see me while I kill Ma'randru'Jo. Dumb.
Safia is pretty obvious. I used the power of infinite mana for 30 seconds and let her eat a bunch of elemental balls until she dies.
I accidentally deleted Narfi's kill, it was just a bolt into his back. You can't do whatever you want to him, as townsfolk as well as guards of Ivarstead are close by.
