Want to instantly test your computer's performance? While it may not be as powerful as comprehensive benchmarks like PCMark, Geekbench, or HWMonitor, Windows also has a performance testing program. You can use this program, called the Windows System Assessment Tool, to get a general overview of your computer's performance.

To launch the Windows System Assessment Tool, press the Windows + X key on your keyboard and launch the Terminal (Admin) command from the menu that opens. Press Yes. Type the command get-ciminstance win32_winsat in the window that opens and press Enter.
A report about your computer's performance will appear shortly. You'll see your computer's performance index in the WinSPRLevel line at the bottom. This value, which ranges from 1 to 10, means the higher the performance of your computer.
What do these values mean?
CPUScore measures the processor's processing capacity per second.
D3DScore displays GPU performance in games and Direct3D applications.
DiskScore measures the read-write speed of the main disk.
GraphicsScore measures desktop graphics performance.
MemoryScore displays RAM speed and bandwidth.
Finally, WinSPRLevel stands for General Windows Experience Score, and the lowest score obtained from the tests determines overall performance.
