Authorities have offered an $80,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Francisco Oropeza, a 38-year-old man accused of fatally shooting five of his neighbors with an AR-15 style rifle after being asked to stop shooting the weapon because it was keeping a baby awake.

But in announcing a reward for a "Top 10' fugitive, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott highlighted that the shooter "is in the country illegally" and killed "illegal" immigrants.

The panel discusses another mass shooting in America, whether it matters that the victims may have been undocumented and whether we're losing our empathy.
