-Convert the normals to 8 bit linear light - save as Png
-Resave the exr's formats as Pngs
-Resave the jpgs as Pngs
-Get the right resolution for your map
-This video is using the macro maps as a base color map for short range viewing textures. If you want to make a texture that looks not tiled from far away. Then this is not the video for you.
