Using Retro Computer Shack’s Mega Drive Model 2 Scart cable as he makes in my opinion, the best Model 2 Genesis scart cable. Retro Gaming Cables are just awful especially when it comes to their pins and even the connectors for the back of the consoles. Nothing but horrible luck using their cheaply overpriced made connectors for their Genesis, Saturn, and CMVS cables. Complete crap imo. I wish one of these days, Retro Computer Shack can make a Saturn scart cable.

As for the replacement, you get a brighter picture, colors look better imo, and the sound is better as well. Overall, def worth the upgrade as even Omega’s CMVS scart cable sucks balls too. I’ve always had terrible luck with this Omega when it came to picture and audio on the framemeister, OSSC, and on the retrotink. Now with this replacement, it works great, looks wonderfully, and just fantastic altogether. Def. Worth the upgrade if your Omega AV is acting up or those CMVS scart cables are just straight up garbage.

Colors are off due to camera phone but in person, looks great.
