Here's the info on the resupply bind. Type the following command into console:

bind v "load_itempreset 0"

Replace v with whatever key you want to use. This command basically loads one of your preset loadouts for the current class, therefore I would recommend having your loadout be on the same page on each class (A, B, C, or D). "load_itempreset 0" loads loadout A, but you can replace the 0 with a 1 to load loadout B, or replace it with 2 to load loadout C, and so on.
