TF2 Live Commentary: Not The Average 2Fort
2This was a peculiar match on 2Fort, never have I seen so few sentries (except when it's all bots). So few in fact that I, as an engineer, make many trips into the enemy intel room.
Turns out what drags 2Fort on forever is those dedicated Meta-Engies who endlessly build sentry nests in the 2 Meta Spots (just outside main spawn and just inside the entrance where it covers both the sewer and main entrance).
Top Tip: Unless your enemy is super-paranoid, if nobody sees you slip into the 2Fort intel room, as long as you DON'T pick up the intelligence, chances are you can hide down there making the occasional attack. More so if an engineer sneaks down, builds a teleporter where it cannot be easily seen next to the intel, then builds a sentry nest in the enemy intel room.
