tldr;
- dont balance amby around rng, if you want to nerf it, do it in a way you can practice with and predict - like less ammo / clip / accuracy while moving (like csgo) / hp/cloak regen, etc, balancing around bullet spread is something which would make it frustrating to use and something you can't practice with - you could just run the diamondback, sap a teleporter, and 204 from across the map in 2.4 seconds with 1.2 seconds between each shot for perfect accuracy.
- dead ringer needs a nerf, but imho nerf the braindead bit (speed boost + flame resistance), the ammo regen wouldn't really change the annoying part too much, which imho, is the speed boost
- your eternal reward - don't half the cloak rate, it makes the knife completely useless (4 seconds with default watch), if you want to buff it in a fun way, make it so butterknife frags get you cloak too, or killing with your gun or something.
- heavy buff = good
- atomizer nerf = good
- razorback nerf = good, but a bit too harsh, something like 151 capped overheal would work, meaning you could survive a headshot on 1hp if the medic was only pocketing you, meaning the smg would get use - headshot, followed by across map smg spam to kill the 1hp sniper, as it is there is no reason to not run the jarate or similar in highlander/ any comp gamemode. Regen makes it better for pubs though.
- danger shield nerf = very smart i like it
- GRU change = heavy jump maps yes please
- mantreads buff = mantreads jump maps yes please
- medic crossbow nerf = good, but also nerf healing, 100+ across map is very very strong and hurts the "push off heals" meta because you can max hp your entire team in under 10 seconds
