This is different from a Randomizer server, which rolls everyone with random classes using random weapons from all classes. This instead rolls a random class with random weapons for that class, so it's possible to create the loadout in a regular server as long as you have the items. Then just join a pub and see how well you can do! It often gives you funny loadouts that work better than expected - and sometimes just flat-out terrible loadouts. See how well you can do with, say, a pyro with the Phlog, Reserve Shooter, and Backscratcher.
