The Volcano Fragment is designed to be used in a specific way, but I can't help but feel that way really has a place in Team Fortress. What balance suggestions can I and the faithful commenters here come up with? Obviously, balancing in weapons in TF2 is an extremely difficult task, but we sure will try!
