Edit in 2021: People have consistently asked me ever since I released the video if doing this will be able to bring back items they've deleted that were obtained from achievements, as my pinned comment says, the patch note clip from the video itself and so much more, you cannot earn the achievement items multiple times, if you've earned them once and deleted them they are sadly gone forever. If you're inexperienced with trading and don't know you can actually go to scrap.tf and trade in a scrap metal for 2 of any regular unique weapons you like which might help some people that wish to get back "achievement" weapons in their tradeable form.
