PulverizingPancake returns to the channel today with a wonderful hybrid of thermo and fillomino - hence the unusual layout in the video. This is such a lovely puzzle and it even names itself using the thermos!!

Rules:
Each cell is part of a region of N cells (N can be 1 or higher). Regions of the same size can touch each other diagonally but not orthogonally. Cells on thermometers are in regions of strictly increasing size, starting from the bulb end (e.g. if the bulb is in a 2-cell region, the next cell along the thermo is in a region of at least 3 cells).
