The Adventures of Willy Beamish Gameplay - Sega CD
I have owned this game since release on Sega CD. I've since sold a majority of my gaming collection, but hung on to my Sega CD games; finding a special place in my heart. I had to special order this game back in the day thru a local gaming store called GameTronics. (Gametronics was located at the Pen Centre, and at a later location on Glendale. Ave in St. Catharines Ontario) [Other rare games had to be ordered thru magazines or US companies via Money Orders.] I had seen a few articles for it previously in gaming magazines. Willy Beamish caught my interest as being extremely unique as a kid, and a little humorous. If you make to many wrong moves you are shipped off to military school, or possibly die and the game is over. I love the art, sound and premise of the game; the Sega CD is probably one of the best ports of the game. This is emulation on Fusion 364. The original game had a few minor bugs; sometimes the text windows would bug when the Sega CD was loading (sound would still play, possibly skip a second or two), but the game was working fine and finished. You can repeat or loop the sound and text speeches or skip past them with a button as well. Enjoy everyone. Thx for watching.
