The Akashic Records, sometimes referenced to as the Book of Life, is the living light library. It is an energetic compendium of all knowledge from all universes which comes directly from the Mind of God. For aeons, we have believed that only the most gifted and evolved souls were able to access it. But that could not be farther from the truth. All that is required is an open heart and a clear intention. A lot of the time, we are accessing it without even realizing it.

However, there is a certain protocol that should be followed when you are reading for others. Your intention for the reading must be pure, or you will not be allowed access. If you go into it from a space of blatant curiosity or malevolent intentions, you will essentially be kicked out. This is why it is necessary to ask the Lords of the Akash for permission to access their records.

Think of the Akashic Records like the Internet. It is a web of information that you have instant access to when it is given the proper input. But sometimes you run into the issue of receiving so much information at once, that it becomes difficult to discern what is what. The key to this is approaching the connection from a space of bringing through that information which is most relevant in the present moment. All information is stored within the God Mind by the experiences of the soul itself as it goes along its journey.

Go where your intuition is leading you and try to approach the information from a more holistic perspective. You do not need to know everything at once. It’s important to be okay in the not knowing, because you will only be allowed to bring through the most relevant information. And just like in libraries here on Earth, when you are done with a book, you place it back on the shelf.

The key to working with the Akash is knowing what to ask. In order to get the answers we are seeking, it is important to know the right questions. For example, one way to know for sure if you are accessing your own and not someone else’s is to put forth the question, “Am I locating myself in the Akashic Records?” and feel into the response you are getting.

We cannot receive anything if there are energetic blocks. That is why receptivity and clarity of intention is so important. Work on clearing your chakras and strengthening your natural clair’s, and really get to know what those are. That’s how you will bring the information through. I would really work on clearing the heart center, especially if you are working with clients. Because that is how you will connect to their soul essence.

The greatest lesson that the records have to offer is that everything is connected. And that is all that is necessary to understand if you are looking to work with this modality. Trust in your own inner knowing and all the knowledge of the universe that is already innately embedded within you will make itself known once again.
