This American Strays Project video provides an overview of the landmark research being conducted in the city of Detroit by the World Animal Awareness Society.
The American Strays Project consists of 4 major components in an interactive wrap developed to better understand size, and density of Dog populations in large urban centers.
The 4 components are:
1: Community Outreach - American Strays the series.
2. The Canine Survey & Treasure Hunt and other scientific collection methods
3. A Tool Box for non profits and municipalities to count Dog populations in a major city.
4. Global Awareness - American Strays the feature documentary.
