The "Freedom And Independence" Army, FIA, have had enough of the military response to civil protests. August, 2026 the civil administration is gathering to attend a "crisis resolution conference" with European countries - France, The United Kingdom, etc - to began talks of possible investment in the local economy and other lacking industries.
