Hello and welcome to Lord Fenton Gaming plays The Bard's Tale IV Barrow's Deep Walkthrough. I am your host Lord Fenton. In today's The Bard's Tale IV Director's Cut video I am inside Haernhold. This time getting the 3rd gem. This is different than the other two gems videos because mr Redcap. In The Bard's Tale IV Redcaps are really evil foes. They kill a party member they get healed. Just say it is the hardest type of foes in this game. I will show everyone how to defeat them along with The Bard's Tale IV Hwawl Boss Fight. In The Bard's Tale IV Hwawl guards the eye of Hwawl. If you all been watching my let's plays guess what he is number 3 on my list. So my goal is defeating Redcap, Hwawl and collect the eye of Hwawl. NOTE: This is the turning point for me. I've figured it was time for some seriously new tactics once I've reached Redcap. So my cheese method will come in to play. If you watch the Redcap video well this is the footage it came from. You will all see it unedited. I will only mention special case foes.

NOTE: This is one of these special cases. Let me explain. After killing the corrupt paladins, Redcap will appear. It is simple, use my song with my bard to stun it. During that time everyone meditate and get spell points. After that make sure bard drinks and at drunk 6. At drunk 6 with a master craft lute, it's go time. It means you can hit it and nothing happens. Once out of stun song phase, use the song of Duotime to get stun song again. Drink before song of Duotime, drink after and use stun song on Redcap. Repeat this til victory. If you miss this set, Redcap will be in one of the treasure rooms to ambush you.

NOTE: Object is to match the shapes of the orbs. Examine the orbs to help. Here is the deal I am giving out the solution so you too can blow through this to face Hwawl.

NOTE: Hwawl does have some evil resistance to my stun song. If you can get one off do so. Otherwise try to block his channel and use the tank and spank method. My bard fell during one of the stun songs attempts by than my Sword and Shield Fighter was more than ready to guard against Hwawl.
