Hello and welcome to Lord Fenton Gaming plays The Bard's Tale IV Barrow's Deep Walkthrough. I am your host Lord Fenton. In today's The Bard's Tale IV Director's Cut Walkthrough video I am going be doing A Hero's Rest and The Cauldrons of Death. In the Bard's Tale IV A Hero's Rest will lead you into the necromancer's vault. The Bard's Tale IV T he Cauldrons of Death will be gained upon entering the vault. This video will complete both quests. Pretty simple it sounds, nope. You need to defeat undeads including at the end a Necro-Giant. After all that I will finishing both quests, I will end the video ready to resume part 2 of The Blood of Kings. Go inside vault to get The Caludrons of Death and resuming A Hero's Rest - 0:51

NOTE: I am only pointing out solutions and the Necro Giant fight. I will show the location of the offering stone item you need to advance into the core of the vault.

Offering Stone you need the Oar to get into the center of the vault - 4:15

Take this path - 8:02
Note here and switch to shut down trap - 12:00
Get Warrior's Crypt Key - 12:10
Loot the chest like I am doing - 12:44
Open door with Warrior's Crypt Key - 13:43
Get Oar here - 17:33
Use Oar on Offering Stone - 18:10
Necro Giant Fight - 19:11

NOTE: Winning this fight will complete The Cauldrons of Death. Now time to get the prize.

Loot the Necromancer Tome here - 26:03

NOTE: At this point The Cauldrons of Death is finished and now it is time to finish up A Hero's Rest.

Stone Circle into Old Skara Brae - 28:13

NOTE: I've went ahead and skipped the 10+ mins of getting lost in Old Skara Brae.

I am finished with two side quests. It is back to The Blood of Kings. No more side quests UNTIL I finish The Blood of Kings.
