The Bathhouse | 地獄銭湯 Remake is a Japanese horror game that revolves around working at a bathhouse. A complete revamp of the original bathhouse.
A woman by the name of Maina Akimura, has decided to quit her unhealthy company job and move to the calm countryside in the mountains after finding a job offer to be a bathhouse attendant. Luckily, the apartment she can live in is rent-free! But the apartment has no shower, forcing you to bathe in the bathhouse at the end of the day. As time goes on, Maina starts noticing that the villagers are acting weird around her, and strange occurrences are happening around the bathhouse. Is Maina just seeing things? Or is something sinister really happening at the bathhouse.
