Well, here comes a weird game to stream. A fan translated version of the first side story game involving a new protagonist, Ukyo Tatsuya. A run of the mill thug of the streets to Kamurocho, posing as a higher ranking official to the Tojo clan, but one faithful night he runs into an officer to the Tojo clan he tries shaking down for money. After a bout between the Tatsuya and the Tojo members, he delivers a kick to the officer which cracks his skull against the wall, leading him to think Tatsuya has murdered in cold blood.

Once he thinks things have calm down, everything comes to when he's captured and forced by the Captain to the Kuki family. Who makes him a deal, win 10 times consecutively in the Dragon Heat arena or have they send the video of the night to the Police.
