I love when the end of the year rolls around and every critic releases their best of the year list. I love them for music, for movies, for books, and especially for video games. Of course due to a few factors, I'm not able to play all the hit games of the year, but I did play many great games that I would love to highlight.
The solution: the best games I played in 2016. They don't have to be from 2016. Some are, but most aren't. There are games from 2015 and before in this list. I really enjoyed making this list and look forward to making a new one once 2017 ends.
