I was racing TommyeAsY on SA2B randomizer. The mod was made by prahaha and it randomizes the stages and characters you play them with (along with a couple more modifications to ensure the stage is beatable for each character). In the mod's settings we activated the option for it to also randomize which mission you get. Here I've gotten mission 4 on Metal Harbor with Tails, which, as it turns out, what pretty tough to beat
