Python install:
Just install it from the Microsoft store and reboot, and then the python keyword should work in the terminal.
Extracting zip:
If you downloaded the zip you just need to right click the zip and then "extract all". Then you need to navigate into the folder that has the launch.py and open a terminal in that folder which on windows 10 you can click on "File" in the top left of the file explorer and click "open in powershell". If that doesn't work then you can copy the directory path from the top of file explorer, open a terminal and type "cd " and then right click the past the file path so it's like "cd c:/downloads". At that point you're set, just follow the video.
