It is end of file, so this challenge can be very frustrating. In the beginning of file its much easier, because lots of bad items are locked.
For this tactic you need Gnawed leaf and some passive item that can damage enemies. The best is daddy longless, but lots of others items can work too.
Other best items to finish challenge are :book of revelations, pyromaniac, leech. They will make this challenge much easier. Its for sure the hardest run to platinum even if you save scum every floor.
