This is another attempt of mine at writing an original drum cadence for battery percussion; these are often written out of frustration when I struggle to think of a different composition or arrangement. However, the trick (for me) is to wait for the right day to do the other stuff, and do cadences like this when I still feel the urge to do something.
As with all my drum cadences, I give permission to all band directors who want to use this for their drumlines to use this as long as I am credited as the original composer. They may also modify it as they see fit; there are so many people who are so much better than writing these things than I am.
I know the title doesn't make sense, but I just like naming things after animals.
