Around 5 hours 35 minutes to beat. This version seems much harder than the NES one from what I remember. I beat that version years ago so its hazy. This version has 20 more stages than the NES version , with 80 stages. The layouts may be different too but cant confirm. The game is zoomed in so you cant see far ahead and the control is very locked in to whatever direction you press, especially on stairs where you cant reverse. Enemies also like to sit ontop of pipes and are often times off screen so you wont know until you get killed at the other end of the pipe you entered. It can be cheap. Its alot of route memorization and finding a path that works in each stage. The game has passwords for each stage and unlimited continues.
