The Call of Duty Lawsuit Explained
1,250Call of Duty icons Scump and and H3CZ have filed a lawsuit against Activision who they believe hold an ‘unlawful monopoly’ over the game’s esports scene.
They’re seeking $680 million damages, meanwhile Activision says the claims have no basis in fact or law.
It’s a battle that may shape the future of competitive CoD, and one that some have seen coming for a long time…
