243The Callisto Protocol has 43 Data-Bios Collectibles (20 Implant Bios & 23 Audio Logs). Finding all of them unlocks the Grim Reaper trophy / achievement.

All Collectibles are missable! There is no Chapter Select and no New Game Plus. The game keeps several autosaves from previous Checkpoints and you can create Manual Saves too. If you missed one, immediately reload the last autosave. Also make a Manual Save at the start of each Chapter so you can go back and recollect everything from there if you missed one. If you die you must recollect unsaved Data Bios.
The official Grim Reaper trophy description states to "Harvest and read all implant bios".
This is slightly misleading because the trophy also requires the regular Audio Logs that don't come from harvesting. There are two Types of Data-Bios: Regular Audio Logs & Harvested Implants from Corpses. For the trophy you need both types. However, the trophy/achievement tracking is irregular, some are not needed for the trophy and some are. The trophy should pop after collecting the 42nd Data-Bio which is a normal audio log and not a harvested implant (the 43rd is not needed for the trophy for some reason).
Sometimes the collectibles don't get added to the Implant Bio Menu correctly which will bug out the trophy. If that happens they remain blacked out in the menu. It's recommended to check after each Collectible that it counted by pressing D-Pad Up - R1/RB - Data-Bios Menu. If it didn't count you can reload the last autosave and recollect it. On the left side of that menu it shows the chapter names and the logs in each chapter. However, some people's bios appear in multiple chapters and the in-game menu lists the total amount for each person across the game. So in early chapters it might show "Dr. Caitlyn Mahler: 1/4", this is normal because the other 3 bios for this person are found in later chapters.
By following this guide you will also get all other non-combat trophies. For combat trophies keep a manual save in Chapter 3 after unlocking the GRP glove, everything can be farmed from there.
