You can change resolution in config file for intel uhd users who want to get little better fps, find folder:
"%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/CallistoProtocol\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" and open "GameUserSettings.ini" and change these resolution sizes texts to:
FullscreenMode=0
ResolutionSizeX=640
ResolutionSizeY=480
then Save and open game, have fun!
