In 2019 Striking Distance Studios had announced their new project with Dead Space creator Glen A Schofield at the helm of the development of the callisto protocol. However for two years we heard nothing, until another had jumped into the fray the long awaited return of dead space with EA announcing that EA Motive will be revisiting the USG Ishimura in the dead space remake, suddenly the callisto protocol had lifted back the curtain and then they began to show us all that they had created in this new upcoming horror title.

Everyone would soon bash EA for bringing a dead space remake and praise Glen Schofield for bringing horror back and once the 2nd December had dawned on us we soon saw the horrors we were in for but what horrors we had actually seen were to be the downfall of Glen Schofield, showing everyone how much striking distance had become the masters of horror.

In this video I will be talking about my review for the callisto protocol and my thoughts regarding the story, combat, horror, performance and the environments.
