With latest patch AGP cars got handling update. In this video testing all cars using auto gearbox, xbox gamepad with 3rd person view.
Steering linearity in gamepad settings -2 -4 from default.
With steering wheel i might will tweak some parameters.
If car has a poor cornering you can add + 1 tick at Aero Distribution in pro-settings. But first I'd suggest to try to set lower Linearity in gamepad settings, if not enough and still understeer much then Aero.
Top speed and accel has been tested with default Aero distribution for all cars.

Mark 2 simply the best handling, easy to drive now, no drifts, good safe cornering.
RB14 was slightly better with green wide tires but still good.
RB14 Disruption Edition more understeer, and feels less power imo
RB13 a little bit more difficult compered with 14 but if you'll find settings for it it very close in performance
Mark X very easy handling but no nitro power
KTM feels odd now, especially regular one, after updated cars.
YasidDESIGN maybe I should use 9 gearbox on it, not sure, but I doubt it would change its position in ranking.
