The Crew 2: Citroen GT | FULLY UPGRADED | YOU IN THE WRONG RACING GAME, BUDDY
115The Citroen GT was a collaboration project between the chaps at Citroen and the designers at Polyphony Digital, the guys behind the Gran Turismo series. This isn't the first time that this car in particular was seen outside of Gran Turismo though (Asphalt 8 Airborne), however since this game is French in origin, I guess they have their perks.
Top Speed: Above Average
Acceleration: Above Average
Nitrous: Average
Cornering Speed: Above Average
Handling: A bit of Pro Settings tweaking helps increase aero and align its power output for better stability, but even with that, the Citroen GT has the high speed stability of the Divo Magma: it's unstable. There's also the sheer amount of front-wheel wheelspin you get when you first launch it from a standstill which does attribute to some low-end wayward-ness. However, at the end of the day, the Citroen GT is almost as grippy and as planted round corners as the Carrera GT, but it feels a bit heavier than it.
Conclusion: almost 5 seconds faster than the Divos at Maine Highlands East, meaning this could be the new King of France in terms of Hypercars, however, there is one more French legend we have to test in order to seal that deal. Still, it would seem these new hypercars wish to outpace/close the gap on the V10 Lambos, and they do in stride.
