On "Harlem East" with couple attempts more I would beat the my Camaro ZL1 easy. But overall on such city tracks, especially with fast zigzag turns Demon feels very unstable and hard to control.

But on sprints like St George it feels great. I even managed to reach Porsche Cayman GT4 Wasp Edition time https://youtu.be/tM0vJIUxFo8?t=244
Hellcat has best top speed in this event (much better than SRT-8 392), but shitty accel and very poor auto gearbox.
SRT-8 392 could reach decent top speed only in custom test in freeride on downhill, on St George it suck compared with both other cars.
And Demon has best accel (you can see it in begining if look at AI cars), but top speed very limited.
Pro-settings are not final and could be changed depends on track, conditions, so use it carefully on your risk.
