The Cube Robber (animation)

This animation was made to test my abilities to make a scene and to animate in it. In about a year I will be making a follow-up animation that is longer and is a lot more complex.

This animation was originally made at the start of July but due to setbacks, I wasn't able to finish the post-production elements until recently.
This animation took 72 hours to render, and it was only on the third render that I approved the quality. Yes, that means I wasted a week rendering this 50-second animation.
Everything in this video is 100% original. All the sound effects were done either digitally or recorded and the artwork on the wall is just old graphics I made.
Some things went wrong while animating causing it to look like the cube and the vault are floating. Also at one point, the cube can be seen sliding towards to safe when it should have been stationary.
