Welcome To chapter 4. This will detail the first 3 missions. With mission 3 ending in one of the most deadliest boss fights ever encountered in the game thus far.
This part in the game is what many people refer to as the most challenging to defeat in Nightmare Difficulty Mode. I searched high and low around youtube and was not able to find a video specifically for this boss encounter in *Nightmare* So i hope this does prove valuable to you.

Even though my video made it kind of look a little easy, believe me its honestly brutally difficult. I detail that towards the end of the video and the description below.
Next time - We will focus on the next 3 missions and also the last regular structured missions in the game that have followed a similar format of collecting items, defeating, enemies, etc. The remainder of the game beyond that will be much more story driven and contain a multitude of bosses, so look forward to it all in the coming Video's.
Strategy Boss Fight

Preparation: Not much i can really say here, but try and get to the boss with out loosing any of your armor pieces, that means literally flawless victory the entire mission which is not that hard because their is not that many enemies. Make sure you have your weapons at full health and of course your HP. Go into the boss properly prepared and it will make your life a whole alot easier. I also had lots of problems defeating him due to my armor almost being half destroyed before fighting him. His and his soldier's combo's literally took me down in a few hits, if you have full armor, you have that much more of an edge on the battle.
Stage #1 - During stage 1, take down his soldiers as fast and as hard as you can, this stage, estabon does not go down as easily, where as the 2nd stage, the boss will take him down rather quickly. Use that to your advantage when his soldiers are mostly defeated, close in on him well he is preoccupied with estabon and take him down fast, don't let him get any blows on you. If you manage to go beyond the first stage of this battle with out even getting hit, you will have a much easier time in stage 2.
Stage # 2 - In stage 2, he will be much more resilient to your attacks and more swift. Trying to go head in and attack him is not the thing to do, he will counter you every time. Try to use his Flame CoO'p attacks to your advantage. The moment he stops burning you with flames, their is a about a second he will be more susceptible to attacking, take this chance, when he his dazed and stunned and use your strongest curse abilities to stun all of he enemy soldiers including him, at this point do not let off of him. Attack him fast and hard. Some times using a Two handed Axe which i used in this battle keeps a little distance between you and him, not giving him the chance to strike with his deadly combo's. Continue this onslaught and if any enemy respwns continue to go after you, parry their attacks, but stay on the boss up close and personal. If you get a little to far away from him he will use his flame techniques, as long as your right on top of him, he can't use them and you won't have to continue spamming flames well his soldiers butcher you to death.
Alternate Strategy - I have heard alot bout this and this does actually seem to work but takes good timing, precision and patience, as it does prolong the fight. Instead of going right out in the middle and taking him down, stay on the outside of the arena, the very edges, so that the flame attacks won't be initiated during the encounter. Let Estabon keep him busy, well you pelt him in the back of the head with arrows. Make sure your aim is good, you will only have time to shoot off about two arrows, before you have to move back to a defensive position and parry the soldiers closing in on you. Just keep doing this moving around the arena and make sure not to miss. The most chances you hit him and confuse him, his focus will be off of estabon and he will not die as quickly during stage 2. Just keep using this strategy eventually he will go down and you don't even have to swing your weapon even once.
