6The Cursed Knight is a platform and shoot 'em up game, created by a French team called GGS Studio Création and published by Broke Studios, based in Clermont-Ferrand . The project started in 2020, during the 1st confinement (after having made a few small games, including one, with Professor Raoult shooting at covid-19). But what is the story of the game about?
"Year 3122. After the fall of our civilization, Earth became the principality of Dlongville, ruled by King Alberich.
Ancient technologies are now myths, AIs have become gods, and ancient warriors have become legends. With 5 million inhabitants, Dlongville is the last bastion of humanity. Its handful of genetically engineered soldiers are continually at war with invaders from across the galaxy.
Play as Kalder the Protector Knight, a genetically modified and enhanced human who worships the AI Skull, now referred to as the God Skull. Following a confrontation that ended badly, he will try to revive his sweetheart, the Princess of Dlongville, risking her life on a journey to the confines of the galaxy."
