The Dark Knight Returns: PART TWO - A Tragic Ending Beyond Recongition
13Continuing from my previous video on The Dark Knight Returns and it's second half adaptation in animated form. It has truly been a product of the era when it came from while both being able to avoid becoming dated AND being able to come across as dated. Frank Miller had to choose one out of three endings to close this "the end" of Batman's career, while Jay Oliva and Bob Goodman reframed it 27 years later for entertainment purposes.
Sidenote: The rendering of this video was A PAINFUL STRUGGLE. Ininitally it only got to 38 minutes and 38 seconds before it failed, so I had to export a copy of the editing process and render those first 38 minutes and 38 seconds with the remaining video to get this full remaining video done in it's current form.
