The AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT launch date has been a DISASTER for AMD! Between the graphics card barely beating out older graphics cards like the Radeon RX 570 or the GTX 1050, the card also had a load of other problems up its sleave. Yes it wasn't only that the Radeon RX 6500 XT vs RTX 3050, Radeon RX 6500 XT vs RX 570, Radeon RX 6500 XT vs RX 580, Radeon RX 6500 XT vs GTX 1650, Radeon RX 6500 XT vs GTX 1060, and Radeon RX 6500 XT vs GTX 1660 battles were all rather unfair, AMD did some pretty naughty stuff with this card just to make the Radeon RX 6500 XT price $200. You only have a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface, so users with PCIe 3.0 motherboars will get way less performance, not to mention that the Radeon RX 6500 XT VRAM situation is also pretty bad, with only 4GB! The Radeon RX 6500 XT performance is also rather underwhelming seeing how many bottlenecks it has. Despite that the Radeon RX 6500 XT has dissapeared pretty fasted and they are already being scalped on sites like eBay! Will people actually buy this cards at scalper prices, or even at the Radeon RX 6500 XT MSRP? Probably not.
