In this video I breakdown why Strained is one of the best damage talents in the game (weapons dependent). It can achieve comparable damage to In Sync when ramped up, and doesn't require a shield or any setup.

The build that I used is a highly optimised 4 Blue Spotter Vigilance build, and one of my best to date. I had a very strong Conflict game using Strained, check out the footage below!
