I covered the Clutch and Obliterate combo a while back and since then have perfected the build. I use this loadout in most of my Heroic content and it works so well!

Most builds are good vs Bosses OR generic NPCs (armor on kill builds aren't great against bosses for example), this build cuts through ANY enemy whilst keeping you alive and in the fight FAR better than Memento ever could. Try it out!
