These changes are not final; they are waiting on the PTS feedback

1.6.1 PTS (Public Test Server)
Starts Tomorrow at 12.00 CET – PC only
Download of the PTS update should be available now or tomorrow morning (depending on client)
PTS is a separate client that is needed in addition to the regular The Division game.
You will get a copy of your live characters
What happens on PTS, will stay on PTS, so nothing you get or do will be reflected on the live-servers
When you create a new character, you will get a level 30 character
You need to own The Division to play PTS
You also need the Season Pass or own the DLCs to play DLC content (Survival / Last Stand etc) some DLC content may not be available on the PTS.
The PTS should run "for a couple of weeks", we have no final finish date yet

ETF 3
It will be at Reflection Studios (Newcastle) in the UK
They are working on the exact dates now
They aim for the last week of May, but that is not final
