Hey guys! I got into the Beta for The Division recently and thought I would upload my first hour as an in game agent. The game is quite fun but I felt that it didn't really innovate much and as such kind of fell into a pit of generic third person cover based shooters.

There are a lot of mechanics in there that can be found in many other games and I guess I was just a bit disappointed to see that the game wasn't all that I was expecting it to be. I felt the cover system was a bit clunky and found it hard to vault over stuff sometimes and the UI was a bit confusing with tendencies to be a bit sluggish at times. It is quite pretty and detailed but it's clear that the game seems downgraded compared to what was shown at E3. Yeah, I know it's a beta, I've submitted my feedback, I just hope these issues are ironed out a little more before the launch.

Despite my disappointment I did still have fun playing the few missions that are in the beta build but I'm still kind of on the fence about buying the game. :/
