The Division on PC is playing Survival mode with PVP on. Played on a PC at 4k 2 Vrs 1 PVP Cheater.

I will preface this with a statement I hate PVP cheating I find it rather childish. If you want to cheat play single-player games.
Here I come across a blatant cheating person in a Survival run on the PVP servers. Friday 23 January at 9.11 AM GMT - As soon as I attacked they healed magically without]ut needing to use the healing animation(s) This was my first giveaway that there was cheating going on...
Magically accelerated to warp speed down the street when I was getting too close to actually knocking them down next. It's hard to see even recorded at 60 FPS but they blurred out every time they move. I was trying to hold even the Center of mass let alone trying for headshots. Then Got bored and knocked me down. I know there will be people saying it not cheating but you can't move that fast in this game without cheating like crazy.
Well, This has annoyed me I am giving up Survival runs for a few days.
There is no commentary this was me bubbling around and having some fun. I run all my survival mode games with PVP on and if I end up against another human fine if it's a fair fight, I win some I admit I lose more.
