The ELAP is a modding program designed by phiskits, the creator of the PhilePatcher for TimeSplitters 2. It allows you to change most values for weapons, name strings, damage IDs, and other options without using a hex editor. It streamlines the modding process and makes things much more accessible for people unfamiliar with programs like HxD. I would highly recommend using it if you're interested in modding TS2!
