After recovering the third piece of the Staff of Chaos; Ria tells Vulf that the fourth staff piece is somewhere along the southern coasts in the Halls of Colossus. After some investigation, Vulf learns that the Halls is located in Elsweyr; the homeland of the Khajiit (Cat folk). There he learns that the Mages Guild of Corinth needs help in recovering a tablet that was stolen and in exchange they will impart the location of the Halls.
