Learn how to go fast in Morrowind. And you don't even have to cheat like I did.

All methods of boosting speed up until 0:44 were legitimately attainable using in-game means. It just requires quite a bit of gold, quite a high Player Character level, or both in order to be achieved. The method, which I'll cover in detail below, is enormously impractical, but will, indeed, allow you to go fast.

Ultimately all you'll be doing is enchanting the most optimized set of armor for enchanting with all Fortify Speed enchantments. I recommend using a Mage's Guild enchanter even though the price for each enchantment is so inanely high simply because it beats burning through one of the limited Grand Soul Gems in the game, but I'm sure some would debate me on that-- you can enchant your equipment yourself if you so desire.

But what equipment to enchant? Well, that is an excellent question. As you may know, each piece of equipment in Morrowind has a certain enchantment capacity attached to it-- some items cannot be imbued with enchantments to the extent that other items can. As a result, it's important to pick an optimized armor set. The one I used here, to my knowledge, allows for the highest levels of enchantment per armor piece (not including the boots, which I'll touch upon in a moment).

The Daedric Towershield can be enchanted to give you a fortification of 1-89 in Speed on equip (meaning if you equip the item and it hasn't fortified your Speed to a satisfactory degree, you can simply unequip and reequip for another chance at rolling a high number-- you can do this as long as your patience allows). If you skip on getting any of the other items in this set (apart from the boots, which are easily obtained), make sure that this one at least makes it into your arsenal.

I used the Daedric Face of Terror helm here because the spikes on it reminded me of Sonic, but anyway, you can also use the Daedric Face of Inspiration or the Daedric Face of God-- all have the same enchant capacity.

The boots used here are the Boots of Blinding Speed, obtained by completing a fairly simple escort mission for an overworld NPC. They fortify your speed for a flat 200 points on equip. Pretty handy.

The rest of the items aren't terribly important, but if you still want to min/max your stuff, I recommend a Daedric Cuirass, Daedric Gauntlets, Daedric Greaves, and, curiously enough, Imperial Chain Pauldrons, which have a higher enchant threshold than Daedric Pauldrons according to UESPWiki.

When you need to collect souls for financing your enchanting, I do believe there's a spell you can use for summoning Golden Saints, which of course can be soul-trapped for the largest soul available if you have a free soul gem of a large enough size.

And after grinding gold/exp for perhaps a decade, maybe more, you'll have enough gold/exp to fully enchant the set! Or you could just use the console commands. That might actually work better.

Leveling up and drinking potions can actually increase your (legitimately obtained) speed stat far higher than I put it in this video. But fair warning, it's only for advanced fast-keteers. Joey recommends a dose of feather enchanting on the side to absorb fall damage. Who's Joey? I don't know. You don't know either. I'm tired. Goodnight everybody.
