Oblivion came out in 2006 on PC, PS3, and XBox 360. Made by Bethesda Softworks. Shivering Isles is possibly the best Elder Scrolls expansion/DLC ever made. It is an absolutely solid experience I thoroughly recommend. Shivering Isles launched in 2007, March, 15 years ago.
