I was in enemy territory for this one so I couldn't start from any if the keeps. The good thing is that the chest is located right next to the Nibenay Valley Dolmen, the bad thing is that your map wont show the location at will. I focused in on the little circle on the map that shows the Dolmen platform and you should be able to mark the area while at your faction's main camp since you see all the Dolmen, caves and mundus stones from there.
