Extract the wrapper version to your skyrim directory. For steam deck /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/
If you already installed mods inside data folder make sure to check if any file or folder got doubled. That's because steam deck can't overwrite upper or lower case, sometimes mods files got doubled by this issue.
You can download presets from Nexusmods but make sure to put few lines in order to make this enb work in your Steam Deck.
Open enblocal.ini then put this line everytime you download and overwrite the enb in your skyrim folder.

Optional:
If something wrong happened (graphic bug) you can also put this line to your enblocal.ini (mostly not really needed, if your device is not steam deck, and by any chance using Nvidia GPU then you can set the enblite to false).

If you want to configure your enb at start up
[GUI]
OpenOnStartup=true
press end (keyboard or assign your steam deck back button for end function) to close the enb menu.
